Do I need to hire for the whole weekend, or can I do a single day? 

You can hire our party equipment for as long as you'd like, however to arrange a suitable pickup and drop-off time that fits you, please contact us. 

How do I setup the castle? 

You will receive instructions along with your booking on how to setup the castle. It's a pretty straight forward process, but we will ensure you know how to do it correctly. 

Do you have insurance? 

Yes, we have $20 million liability insurance. 

What is your cancellation / postponement policy?

In the event of bad weather, we are able to refund your deposit or payment before you have picked up the equipment, however once you have picked up your party equipment from our warehouse we are no longer able to refund or cancel your booking.

Please note, we require 7 days notice in order to cancel or postpone your party booking in order to receive a refund on your deposit or payment. 

Can the jumping castle be setup on concrete or indoors, or only on grass? 

Grass is the best and safest option for setting up a jumping castle, however our castles are able to be used on concrete or indoors as well. If you intend to use the castle on concrete or indoors, please let us know so that we can provide you with extra equipment to ensure that you can setup the castle safely. 

What happens if it rains, can I setup the castle in the rain or bad weather? 

It is important to not use the castle in the rain or bad weather under any circumstances. This is a safety hazard and could result in people being injured. Our blowers are electrical devices which are not made to be used in the rain, as well as a general hazard for your guests.
